Summary: Toilet leaking in my original room, no outlets by the beds worked, food left in refrigerator from previous guests. Pool out of service.

Summary: Hotel looks nothing like pictures. First room received a/c was leaking. Young lady at front desk changed my room with no hesitation. Second room toilet handle leaking and a/c warm. When went to front desk next morning the gentleman there was very rude and acting as if is extremely bothered. He interaction with customer before was very disrespectful. I told him what was going on with the room. He told me the a/c needed to be on 61 degrees to work properly. I never heard of that before but the room was a lil cooler. But was very dusty. The room had wood floor and tile in bathroom area. Which needed to be cleaned. Overall not very satisfied with this stay.

Summary: Check in was slow. Seemed like the machine that codes the keys wasn’t working properly. One of the room keys ended up not working. The room appeared clean on the surface but when I closed the bathroom door I noticed dust bunnies, hair that wasn’t mine, and just dirt on the floor.

Summary: The staff was friendly, but the hotel needed major updates. It however was very clean

Summary: The sink did not drain. Had to pull the plug out so the water would go down. The stand up shower did not drain. Had to wait for water to go down before the next person could take a shower. I did not know I would get a chance to send a review after checking out. Therefore, I do not have a photo to share.

Summary: Rooms have been redone and are very nice - exterior looks dated but place is well-run, quiet and safe. Large room with excellent beds, spotless clean. Accomodating and helpful staff, good breakfast with many options.

Summary: It was sketchy to say the least. Tiles broken in bathroom. Dirt on floor. Tub is filthy and considering it’s their “jacuzzi suite” you’d think that at least would be clean. For the price, it was an awful stay. We slept there and that was it but it was with one eye open. Considering it’s essentially $300 for the night on a not holiday weekend, there should be more attention to detail. Especially considering there aren’t that many rooms available when there are people full time residents at the location. The people next to us lived there.
