Positive: Hotel staff was VERY friendly.... even having some key problems through the whole hotel they were on top of it helping everybody be safe and comfortable. The pool was really nice...even has a kiddie pool.

Negative: The prices for the comedy show ... should be cheaper for guests.... the prices for the extras here were crazy.

Positive: Most of the staff is pretty amazing, especially for the issues they were dealing with as far as the keys not working and having to walk a lot of guests to their rooms to use the master key to let them in

Negative: My room didn't have a desk chair, the TV was broken, which btw I stayed at least a week but this app wouldn't allow me to change my dates so I just did it through the front desk every morning, and it was impossible getting clean bedding and towels and wash clothes. And of course 4 days into the stay the breakfast gets cancelled due to something with the health department. And because of their key issue my first few days I spent at least 4 hours altogether walking back and forth between the front desk and my room all the way upstairs and on the other side of the building. I also couldn't get a room with a single king bed and had one with 2 queens because of the original key issue. Overall not the best experience, but in the past I've never had any issues. Granted it's been at least a year since I've stayed here.

Summary: Not sure what happened, this was once my favorite affordable hotel to stay at.

Positive: The Breakfast.

Negative: The Door keys did not work even after several attempts. I had to make two trips to front desk to enter the room. Then they changed me to another room, which also did not open easily !!! The staff made some silly explanations about why the door keys did not work. They were either ignorant, or were trying to pull a fast one on me !!

Summary: GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN !!
