Summary: Good hotel, alright location. Right beside a fair grounds and a 10 minute walk to the black sea. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy.

Summary: Breakfast selection was fine. However, room furniture was worn out and clunky. The entire drape holding system fell down when I tried to pull the curtain. Staff handled the situation promptly and I was assigned to another room. However, the air conditioning system in the new room wasn't working and one of the windows was cracked. Also, water pressure in the shower was so low that the shower was barely usable. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

Summary: Fairly well located, about 10 mins walk to the beach and the same from the bus stop. Very large room, decent amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast food. The lake and park adjacent to the hotel are in poor conditions.

Summary: I thought the hotel and staff were fine, enjoyed my stay there. Property is convenient to the beach and a very nice new mall within short walking distance. 8th floor dining and scenic view was also very nice. A turn off was the immediate area around the hotel and bay so to speak. This area was dirty and ran down with very little upkeep. Trash in the water, dilapidated walkways and grass not maintained. Now I am sure that is a city responsibility but mentioned because it takes away from the hotel. I suppose the noise from the 7 days a week carnival set up in the parking lot next door could be a turnoff as well for some as it is very bright and noisy, however it did NOT bug me at all and was neat to look at through my window.
