Summary: Nothing was an outright failure here, but so so many things made it clear that there wasn't anyone really trying. From only swapping towels when the room was made, and nothing else, a room that was half empty, hand towels not being stocked in a place in reach of the sink, dirty curtains, a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned, cold food in the breakfast buffet that should have been hot, loud banging noises that happened at night, bad smell in the room, to refusal to provide a receipt. Look somewhere else.

Summary: We stayed one night as we found a hotel a lot closer to our mom. We were still charged the full amount so my card company is handling the dispute. I called multiple times and left my name and number. No call back. After a week I took measures to correct this.

Summary: Checked in, TV not working. Moved to another room. No hot water in shower. If was not so late we would’ve checked out.

Summary: The room was not in good condition at all. Though the bedding looked new, the pillows were half sized with old pillowcases. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. A lot of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The curtain to the outside was broken. The shower curtain was filthy. My feet became filthy from the floor. The bright spot was the staff, but the room and its condition were pretty much deplorable.
