Summary: Very convenient located near the train/bus station Clean room and helpful staff

Summary: I have stayed at the Ramada several times over the years due to this hotel being the only centrally located in town . It has deteriorated quite a bit. Elevator to the 3rd floor ends in an untidy, dirty broom and supplies closet. (All 3 nights we were there.) The bar is no longer in operation. Dust in one of our rooms and the fridge is missing leaving a hole. No coffee in rooms. Bottrop should be able to do better.

Summary: Can’t get more central but still very accessible. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and professional and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The decor is 90s and just looks dated.
