Summary: well, wish we had known the pool was closed, the restaurant was closed and our toilet ran all night. Humongous pillows. 😢

Summary: Well when we went for breakfast the guy had pulled the stuff for the waffles so he can wash them when their was a hour left for breakfast, milk wasn't stocked, also the hot tub needs to be bigger. Also pool parties should not be allowed cause they get to be rude to the guests.

Summary: The staff was very courteous. When I drove up to the place it looked like it was abandoned. The Ramada sign out front was flickering and the parking lot was in very poor shape. The room I was given was okay. It was accessible which I didn't ask for but it was okay. The TV didn't work it didn't even turn on. There was a stench coming from the area that the mini fridge was in like somebody had peed in there. It needs to be cleaned. I didn't smell it until after the room warmed up but it was the first thing that I smelled this morning. I did mention that to the girl at the desk and she said she would see about maybe refunding some of my money. I haven't heard anything yet.
