Summary: So old and run down. Wallpaper peeling off the walls in numerous areas. Patio doors won’t shut. Room filled with bugs. Lights don’t work. Dark carpet and walls. Depressing atmosphere. Tv didn’t work. 1 hanger. Poor man’s breakfast.

Summary: Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately below standard, despite its potential. On a positive note, the lobby was clean and presentable, giving a good first impression. However, that was where the positives mostly ended. The room itself felt quite dated and lacked basic comfort features, including air conditioning. We had to leave the patio door open overnight just to get some airflow, which was far from ideal. Small but important details were also overlooked—there were no cups in the bathroom and no face cloths provided. In addition, the shampoo and conditioner supplied were barely enough for even one wash, which was inconvenient and disappointing. The continental breakfast was underwhelming. It seemed like only the bare minimum was offered, and the quality of the food and coffee was disappointing. It didn’t feel like much effort had been put into making it enjoyable for guests. Customer service also left something to be desired. The staff onsite were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and interactions felt cold rather than hospitable. The pool area was open, but the slide was not available. The pool itself was quite small and very basic—nothing special or inviting. Overall, it’s unfortunate because this property has the potential to be a fantastic place to stay. However, the upkeep and attention to detail currently feel minimal, and it doesn’t live up to what it could or should be.

Summary: The room was not very sound proof. I could hear the room next door conversation and music pass 2 am in the morning..our rooms were adjoining..sound came through the he door. Plus a sock was under our bed from previous client.

Summary: The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and had a great view. The grounds are nice, with an outdoor pool that would be nice in the summer. Great location. The indoor pool wasn’t great. It’s an old pool, in a lower level with no windows, very poor air circulation and the filters/jets were not on. Poor air circulation in the rooms as well, but the balcony door opened which was nice. Over all a good value hotel, but I would stay away from the indoor pool.
