Summary: Staff are very helpful, especially the driver for the airport shuttle. Airport shuttle was great - we had to leave at 4:45am and they were able to accommodate an early morning shuttle.

Summary: Overall the room was good for 1 or 2 night stay, the staff quicky checked me in, was super smooth. Room is a very decebt size, the overall hotel is big, and have a store below that is open 24h without staff. Restaurant, small plaza outside across the street. Overall good for easy transportation to airport.

Summary: The room and free, airport shuttle were the best parts of this hotel. The room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk could be better trained on customer support. The beef noodle soup at the hotel restaurant had an unfamiliar and very unpleasant smell and taste—even with lots of added vinegar and chili sauce I requested—though the staff were nice.

Summary: Staff were excellent, they do speak English as well. Good shuttle bus, but I had an issue to arrange it from the Terminal ( end up taking taxi to hotel). The room would nee a little but more of cleaning, however, everything else was excellent.
