Summary: Good location. Most of the attractions in the city are just 5 to 10 mins drive away from the house. The Lawson store is just opposite. The house is sizeable and have 4 beds, can stay up to 8 ppl but need a good time management for the single toilet and bathroom. One minor thing is that the house is at the traffic junction, not much cars at night but the traffic noise wake me up at around 6:30 in the morning. Able to go back for sleep but definitely a disturbance.

Summary: Strongly recommend this property for families or groups visiting Matsue. The property has three detached townhouses with parking for each. Ours had 2bd, 1ba, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. Everything was new, clean, and well-designed. It is a little out of the center of Matsue, but it is an easy 10 minute walk to Matsue Station and the town center. There is also a great soba restaurant and a convenience store across the street, and a very interesting conveyor-belt sushi restaurant a block away.
