Positive: Incredibly beautiful and cozy villa. Great experience overall. Caretaker was v helpful and smiling always. Cooked some kick-ass fresh fish which we got from the market.

Positive: Good facilities AC rooms Small pool

Negative: The near by beach did not feel safe Final bill added a meal preparation cost which did not mention as chargeable. The amount mentioned in the bill was high. Anyway I was able to negotiate it.

Positive: The beachfront and view from master bedroom was breathtaking

Negative: The villa was too close to the road and the sound of the vehicles was rather loud, there were some caterpillars crawling around. Interior design of the living spaces is very standard.

Positive: The place was very nice and clean and with a beautiful view and lives up to the pictures. The best thing about the stay was without a doubt the Care taker Chathura. He provided an excellent service, a man with a good heart.

Negative: If you are a light sleeper, the sounds from outside will desturb your sleep
