Positive: The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, spacious, and with modern bathrooms, showers, and AC. Dinner and Breakfast were good.
Negative: The location is far from the buffer zone gates for the tiger safari. The surrounding area needed some work, and it is in a lower quality part of town.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.
