Summary: The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing.

Summary: I really enjoyed staying at Rait'ner. The hotel seems to be newly renovated while still keeping the charm of and old building. The service was great and everything was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: 10/5 stars!! The proprietor was so friendly and gracious and you cannot get a more authentic Bavarian hotel experience. Check in first since they’ll give you coupons for Chiemsee castle etc. And don’t get dinner elsewhere- charming restaurant is part of the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous. This should be a 5* B&B. I will definitely be back!!

Summary: This hotel was excellent beyond our expectations. We were met by the owner with a welcoming smile and things just kept getting better. Our room was very clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. When we went down to the restaurant for dinner we were again met by Martin, the owner who helped us with the menu and we enjoyed the best meal of our holiday. All of the staff were wonderful. Finally, Martin was a tremendous help in planning our local trips and our onward journey. Will definitely return when we get the chance.
