Positive: The location and the fact you could have your pet.

Negative: It was extremely hot weather for some of the time. Air con is in bedrooms but none in the living area or dog area. While the property was pet friendly small dogs could get thro the mesh fence and no area in hot weather to cool dogs. There was a fan in outdoor area but didnt do much to cool anything. We ended up sending our animals home due to heat and being able to escape. I think there was bed bugs in the main bedroom. I had my bedcleaner with me and got lots of stuff and stuff out of the bed mattress . Much better after vacumed with bed cleaner. Think the place would be better all tiled with a couple of throw rugs. Air con seems a must inliving area. If you want luxury an outdoor tub to cool of in the heat would help. Funishings were good. Drain in sink had a smell. Cover fell off light while we were there above table. Luckily we were out at time. Think we left the place cleaner when we left. Lots of fluff every time we vacumed. Moved the drawers in bedroom to clean forfinal clean before we left and had papers and dust therethat looked like it had been there for an extremely long time. Might not matter to some but if you have allergies it would certainly interfere with you. Even with the above it seems they are trying to make it a good holiday place. Perhaps an awning over the front outdoor table would cut the heat back.

Positive: All facilities make it just like home away from home. Having a double garage allowed us to secure a boat and a jet ski.

Negative: TV reception at times was a problem, but not all channels were impacted.
