Positive: A very nice place to stay. Comfortable and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 2 families.

Negative: Leak in lounge room ceiling needing attention. Minor maintenance issues, which didn't affect us greatly, but then passive aggressive notes warning us not to stain linen seemed a bit rude.
