Positive: 1) Room service was great, provided warm drinking water, bed warmer and enough blankets to keep us warm. 2)this is value for money even few things were not working or not provided.

Negative: Heater was not provided asit was really cold there And power backup was not working , we were without light for almost whole night. Hot water was not provided in bathroom

Positive: It's a local hotel that has very homey atmosphere, clean and spacious room. The staff were helpful, especially the boy (sorry I didn't ask his name!) who welcomed us and helped our luggage was a good hard worker. He provided us with the information that we needed😃 Even they let us know the way to go to Aru valley and the local price...so honest and reliable! Additionally there is good wifi too 📱 Thank you very much!!!

Negative: The hotel is on the side of the main road. So we could hear that people were chatting and playing cricket 🏏 But it was ok, before midnight they went back home 🏡

Positive: The owner Nazir was very accomodative, eager to cater to our all needs. The room had good views. Good warming facility,clean rooms.

Negative: There were other guests in the property who kept on knocking on our room door at night repeatedly which caused disturbance. Although after we notified the owner the knocking stopped.
