Positive: Close to Airport and value for money. Good improvement in front desk staff than previous years. Plenty of closed parking available and 1km 1km from Almaty 1 Railway station and Bis terminus.

Negative: Were bugs in my room, not too clean. The sauna and pool were not for free. There's no food or kitchen.

Positive: The Wi-Fi worked well. Very straightforward check-in and check-out. Pretty impersonal, but I guess it's that kind of hotel, next to the railway station.

Negative: The parking space gets full very easily. We could still park, but one more car and it would have been an issue. Not sure if you can always trust they'll have space
