Summary: We had an issue with the tv that they couldn’t fix so they moved us to another room. We had a small dog with us. I selected them because they said they are pet friendly but the website said nothing about a charge. When I checked in is when they said it is $30 more with a dog. I think that should be told up front not once you arrive and are checking in.

Summary: Checked us in to a room that was already ocuppied. Did upgrade us after that. Elevator carpet and hallways carpet worn out. Old and musty. Room was outdated. Bed was comfortable, wont stay there again

Summary: The beds were quite comfortable. The food at the Bullet Train restaurant was excellent!! The hotel was pretty quiet overnight. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price.

Summary: The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and clean UNTIL you get to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was clean but the shower was horrible. I don’t know if it was mold or just the porcelain wearing off but the entire rim between glass and shower frame was black and disgusting. My husband and I didn’t even use the shower because of it.

Summary: Not sure the age of this hotel, but it feels old. It’s a casino lodging, so the smell of smoke is inescapable in the lobby. It was comfortable enough.

Summary: Here for business and this is the best place for me to think and create. The wifi could be better but overall I love Railroad Pass.

Summary: Super comfy beds, cozy room and nice amenities. TV is much nicer than what’s provided in most hotels, sink outside of the bathroom is a little silly but you make do. The only complaint is the construction or the renovations happening, which i’m sure will result in a better, cleaner hotel.

Summary: The stay was ok but the bathroom wasn’t good..Toilet didn’t flush good at all, water pressure in the shower was very weak, hair was all over the shower walls, bottom of shower had black stuff all around it (looked like mold)..The outlets in the room would not hold anything since it kept falling out..Asked for a fridge and was told they would bring us one after a couple hrs we went to ask for it and then was told they didn’t have anymore (could have called the room to let us know) and didn’t have a microwave which would have been nice to warm our food up..
