Positive: Newly refurbished and good decor.

Negative: 1. There is no window except the main door and not practical to draw curtain. I am pretty sure the curtain life expectance will be very low. 3. Privacy issue as you can see though the door if curtain is not draw. It is difficult to keep the door open and maintain privacy. 2. No freezer

Positive: Newly refurbished and spacious room and with large windows.

Negative: 1. My room is on the ground floor and when i booked the room, I was expected you can get out the room via the room window/door to the garden seating. Unless I was mislead by the photo otherwise the room has a massive design fault and completely ruined the feature. The is curtain in front of the window door which looks like you can use to access the garden seating. However the curtain track blocks the window open for more than 1-2 inch thus no one can get out. 2. Room 1 air-conditioner must have some problem as it is much nosier than usually. I couldn't sleep at all on my first night as it is too noisy. From day two I got it switched off before I sleep. My parents were in another room and their air conditioning do not have this problem. 3. TV issue - for unknow reason the TV switched on itself like in the middle of the night and early morning. I stayed for 5 nights and it happened every night, sometimes once and sometimes several times. My parents also experience the same but it only happened on one night. 4. It will be great if room's door hinges can be adjust to soft closing. As often woken up by other people who let door closed itself which create a bang. Even I am not sleeping, I still prefer no banging door. 5. No freezer.

Positive: The location was great. The apartment was located close to a lively square with different bars and cafes. The decor was modern.

Negative: The biggest issue with the apartment was the smell. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Another big issue with the apartment was the shower. When showering the entire bathroom floor would get wet. The floor towel would get soaking wet. The bedroom prioritized form over function. There was no place to put our luggages. Therefore, we had to put our clothes over the table.

Summary: Great location, but smelly and impractical.

Positive: It's very easy to reach. The check in was easy and convenient. It has all the amenities needed for a short stay.

Negative: The place hasn't been cleaned properly. There were smudges all over, and some parts have clearly never been dusted. The plates and cutlery were dirty, and the linen didn't seem very fresh either. The toilet seat is loose, so it moves when you try to use it.

Positive: Had a great stay at Raibu Antwerp. The rooms were clean and modern, and the location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet at night. Staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a short city trip!
