Positive: A very clean, cozy, and friendly boutique apartment-hotel in Bakirkoy, Istanbul. A short ride from Istanbul touristy area on the ever convenient Marmara train. Friendly, helpful staff, and plenty of choices to enjoy the authentic, Local cuisine. Room was very clean and well equipped. Internet speed was more than sufficient to stream movies. Heat pumps in living room and bedroom is a nice added benefit that is not commonly seen in Air BnB choices in Istanbul. Location is perfect to enjoy the what the area has to offer.
Negative: Nothing
Summary: A great place to stay when visiting Istanbul with an easy access to Istanbul tourism sites with the close by Marmaray tr

Positive: I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was new, clean, and very well maintained. The apartment was cleaned every day, and we received two fresh bottles of water daily, which was a very nice touch. The staff was absolutely excellent — always helpful, polite, and professional. The location is also perfect: there is a large supermarket right across the street, and several big shopping malls nearby. Honestly, I did not expect such an amazing cleaning and hotel-like service because these are more like apartments. Everything exceeded my expectations. Big thumbs up for everything — I can recommend this place with a clear conscience!

Positive: I stayed at this hotel for 7 days after my rhinoplasty surgery and honestly it was the best hotel experience. I was in room 403 and everything was perfect for recovery. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and always very helpful whenever I needed anything. The room was amazing and very comfortable, with a small kitchen that had everything necessary. It made my stay so much easier and relaxing. The room was cleaned every day and everything was always fresh and organized. I truly appreciated how peaceful and comfortable the hotel was during my recovery. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place.
Summary: Best hotel

Positive: The Hotel was clean.
Negative: 1.Breakfast was not included with the stay. 2.The hotel did not offer good value for money compared to the overall experience. 3.It was very difficult to sleep due to the loud street noise, which continued until around 2:00 AM. 4.Guests are charged an additional fee if the access card is lost. 5.It is recommended to carry enough Euro cash to cover your stay, as card payment may not always work properly. 6.The reception staff were friendly and polite; however, the check-in process was extremely slow. Guests should expect approximately 20–30 minutes for check-in. 7. Bedsheets need to be disposal and provide new pack
Summary: Overall, the hotel was okay; however, there were several concerns. One of the biggest issues occurred during check-in, w

Positive: We had a really great stay at this hotel. The apartment is new and very well laid out, which made it comfortable and practical for our stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent—right in the center of Bakırköy, with everything within easy reach, including cafes, restaurants, and shops. Having air conditioning in every room was also a big plus. The best indication of how much we enjoyed our stay is that we extended it by two more days.
Negative: This didn’t bothered us at all since we stayed for a couple of days only, but for longer stays it would be perfect if apartment included a washing machine
Summary: Fantastic stay with outstanding hospitality

Positive: The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to the metro station. In the surrounding area, there are many shops with cheaper goods than in the city center around the tourist attractions. Everything is new, spotless, and beautiful. I stayed here after my nose surgery at Acıbadem Healthcare Group, and they even provided ice in the fridge/freezer for me. It is cleaned every day, and the kitchen is well equipped. I don’t have a single complaint. I even had an issue with my card, but they didn’t cancel my reservation — I was able to pay when I arrived.
Negative: Everything was perfect
Summary: Perfect
