4 Bedroom House in Raglan, Te Uku

Three bedroom house and separate studio (with own kitchenette and bathroom) on a large rural section. Situated down a no exit quiet country road. 6 minutes drive from Raglan township and 30 minute drive from Hamilton. Famous Raglan surf beaches are a 15 minute drive
House beds include 1 super king, 1 queen and king single bunk beds. Studio has 1 queen bed
Kitchen in the studio includes induction hobs, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is no oven. The cutlery and dinnerware is set up for a family of 4.
Main house kitchen has oven, fridge/freezer, cutlery, plates, pots, frying pan and cooking utensils.
Please be aware that no linen is provided. Beds have mattress protectors, duvet and pillows only. Guest need to supply their own sheets, bath towels and tea towels.
There is NO internet or Wifi. There is no washing machine or dishwasher.
We have a minimum age of 20 years unless accompanied by an adult. No pets.

Summary: Lovely new batch, fixtures and fittings with well equipped kitchen. If you like a little solitude your love this place. Be aware there aren't any games or puzzles, so if you want some bring them with you. It's the sort of place we look for. We loved our stay.

Summary: We spent a weekend at this lovely little bach, and thoroughly enjoyed being a little out of the way. The area is beautiful and just a few minutes from Raglan.
