Positive: Staff were very accomodating, they no longer offer a Buffett, but we were provided with a coffee:tea and a veg sandwich or aloo paratha at 6.30am which was appreciated. They were also very accomodating when we asked to move due to some Indians having drinks in the room next to us.
Negative: Allowing groups of men to use the place as a bar.

Positive: The staff was really helpful! We were really sick and they brought us medicine from the pharmacy. Also the room service with food was really good. The bed was really comfortable and the AC good working.
Negative: In booking it said breakfast included (genius), but the hotel denied that.
