Summary: Very disappointing to book for a hotel using the Radisson name, when the standard is completely different. Feels like click bait. Elevator super small, poor light in the room, very poor mini bar, with not even cold water provided. Bad smell on the hallway in the morning, no free shuttle to the airport, which is just next door, and no 24hr room service, considering I had a late flight and arrived close to midnight. I was offered queen size bed in the booking but it ended up being two twin beds only pushed together, with two twin size mattreses. Very uncomfortable.

Summary: Couldnt find our booking, so check in took a little while, staircase/landing area smelt musty. Room clean

Summary: Friendly and efficient front desk team. Room was nice overall but had to reset thermostat as there was no cool air. Then just after 7 am heard employees and guests in corridor which was quite noisy for so early on a Saturday. Breakfast was good but no staff assistance there really.

Summary: The hotel and room are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bed felt larger than a king size, and i had the best sleep in a long time! Staff were friendly and helpful. My only irk was that the bathroom had mould around the shower and the walls were dirty. There was also a lot of dust in the bedroom, but being near the airport, i expected this! Reasonably priced for a good room. Would recommend 👍
