Positive: Staff were very friendly. Nice clean room and bed was very firm but extremely comfortable and we got a great night's sleep.

Negative: Little struggle parking as returned both nights quite late so not surprised and staff did help find somewhere. Breakfast was very nice but quite a few people arrived after us and many items had already run out and were not replenished.

Summary: Good location for my travel requirements.

Positive: The hotel was very close to the airport and accessible by a regular shuttle bus. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: The corridor and rooms smelt musty. The doors slam shut. Room 215 was quite dusty and you can’t open windows. Decor was very dark , and had to use torch on my phone to see air con dial and kettle area. Mould around the shower which was also rusty. This hotel is more a three star than a four and needs refurbishment . Very grubby. The breakfast was very basic and not worth the money at all. I am sure there are much better hotels in the area to stay at . Not worth 120 pounds a night .

Summary: Not somewhere I would stay again

Positive: Very good breakfast, easily reachable from the airport by the airport shuttle. Although we landed very late we still managed to enter very good organised shuttle. Room is nicely designed. Staff was kind

Negative: There were no room shoes, the sink doesn´t have any space to put your own cosmetics. We arrived 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast time and the staff already started removing food, I think it should be starting at the time when the breakfast time is over.

Summary: Very convenient for those who have late flights to Gatwick. Good breakfast and good shuttle service.
