Summary: Good stay, I liked the self service check in/check out, easy to operate and very quick. Internet in the room though was slow (5-8mbit) although the TV is nice, big and smart. Comfortable bed and well appointed room which I liked. Good shower but wish it had a bath. Annoyingly the power is cut to the room 20mins before check out, so if you're still drying your hair post shower and are unlucky you could end up with wet hair. Robes are nice and have note that if you take them they'll charge on the bill, but no mention of the cost (if reasonable would have bought one). Parking is in an underground garage which is good but there isn't enough spaces (there are a lot of spaces but all were taken on my day and I had to circle 7 times to find one, and this was off peak when no events were in the city). Hotel is modern though and overall stay was good.

Summary: Staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Room was very well equipped - bathrobes, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe and super clean. Convenient free parking and wifi was reliable. Breakfast offered was excellent and it was available until 11am on both days (Sat & Sun)

Summary: The place is very nice, modern, comfortable, and elegant. Food was good. Service was great. Car park was great with luxuriously big spots. I’ll stay here again on my next business trip to Galway.
