Positive: It’s pretty centrally located, so this is good. Their breakfast buffet is also a pretty good spread. The rooms are maintained pretty clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Negative: They had a “mandatory” Christmas gala payment of 6000/7500 for the Christmas night. I don’t think it’s fair for any stay to enforce for a dinner/show at a banquet a mandatory attendance. We had alternative plans for Christmas night and it was ridiculous for them to dictate our plans by way of a payment. Of course , when I pushed back against the same during check in they budged but I don’t like that I had to assert myself during what is supposed to be an easy check in process. The same goes for their no outside food policy, no hotel should tell me what I can or not bring in. The hotel is pretty centrally located and hence you’re not working with great views or generally big rooms but this is just a minor gripe since the rooms are well equipped and well maintained

Positive: Reception, staff, the facilities and welcome snacks ( specially the fruits) great. We stayed on business rooms during all our stay and I can only say we were very happy. The minibar was also very happy.

Negative: Nothing really

Summary: Great property if I go to Jaipur again I will stay here only.
