Summary: Moved room twice. First loud water running noise, second loud air con rattling, third was ok. Hotel staff really amazing. Polite and helpful. Breakfast option bought and confusion over that first morning. But then nice breakfast, fantastic omelette. Staff make the hotel but Radisson need to spend some money here and it’d be excellent.

Summary: Loved the lobby and the fact that there was a restaurant. Breakfast was not included, not a deal breaker. Beds were not comfortable and light came in through the door from the hallway. Staff was friendly. Close to the airport. Restrooms by the lobby were "well used" and soap dispenser didnt work.

Summary: The guy that checked us in was very nice and efficient. The hotel is run down. Gym smelt like BO, hallways needed drywall repair on the ceiling, room was smelly and would not cool down. The whole hotel was hot. It was a 90 degree day but the ac should have been able to cool the place down. The windows were filthy. All in all not a great place to stay but at least the check in guy was nice.

Summary: I checked out at 5 AM and rode the shuttle to the airport, I later received a message asking why I had not checked out. I was the only person in the lobby when I checked out with the gentleman at the front desk. I am unsure why a mistake was made.

Summary: The place was okay but run down. The lobby was noticeably muggy and hot. The restaurant was odd with weird lighting. The windows looking out from the room were so dirty you could barely see out. Sadly the worst part of this hotel was that in order to walk from the train station you had to risk you life walking under the highway with a bunch of rough looking homeless folks passed out or even worse, awake and making you feel unsafe

Summary: Clerk was excellent. Arrived late and borrowed hotel wheelchair for my husband, in the AM, EMS came to transport him. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was poor—just a gesture in quality and selection.
