Positive: Close the the event we were attending. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store.
Negative: Limited parking despite the underground lot - I really liked that there was that option of a secure underground garage, but parking was just very limited in general.
Summary: Nice hotel, but overpriced for the weekend due to the events in town.
