Positive: the food was very good - breakfast, lunch and dinner, the staff very nice, welcoming and smiling all the time, we felt very good there.

Negative: the furniture is a bit old, but it's not that important

Positive: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth. Location was central. The spa facilities were excellent (especially Reema)

Negative: Food The F&B manager and the Chefs need to really improve their offering. The dishes were not well cooked and quite tasteless. The restaurant staff need a lot more training.
