Summary: Shower was not working handle broken . I found out in the early morning so not able to complaint . I was transferred from another from my check in but still this room also failed me with the broken shower 😀😀😀😀😀😀

Summary: The heat in our room did not work very well and it was a very cold couple of days. In addition, our first room's hot water did not work-the faucet did not turn all the way to hot. We had to switch rooms after the first night. Then, the front desk never made note of it and at 3:30 AM another guest tried to get into our room and when was not successful, the front desk called us and woke us up.
