Summary: Staff was very courteous. Hotel itself needs to be updated. Rooms are spacious but walls are very thin and you can hear everything from hallway activity to the adjacent rooms. Could not get hot water in shower.

Summary: We booked a suite for one night after a family wedding at the hotel. The lobby was clean, inviting, and modern, and check-in was smooth with only a short wait. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Our suite was much nicer than expected. It looked updated and spotless, with a soft modern color scheme and a very comfortable king bed. There was even a heart made out of towels placed on the bed when we arrived, which was a thoughtful touch. The room had a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and plenty of storage. I especially appreciated the full-length mirror with an outlet next to it so I could dry my hair while my husband was using the bathroom to shower and get ready. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a walk-in shower, a well-sized vanity, and plenty of towels, which I always notice. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel bar stayed open late after the wedding reception, which allowed guests to relax and socialize longer. The bartender was very friendly and professional, which made the evening even nicer. The next morning there was coffee in the lobby and check-out took less than a minute. For just over $180 with fees, this was an excellent value. The service, cleanliness, and comfort all exceeded expectations. The location is convenient and easy to find. I would absolutely recommend the Radisson Hotel Freehold to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept hotel with great service and value.

Summary: Staff was great. Only a few tissues and no back up box and same for the toilet paper we had to call Dow for both. Usually here is always an extra. Iron worked well. The air conditioning kept turning off which was frustrating to wake up hot and have to turn it back on (and yes we had it on high even tried auto at the lowest temp…neither kept the room cool for more than about 45 min to an hour at a time!
