Summary: The staff is great, friendly and helpfull. Renovated rooms still have some kinks to work out but overall it was a good stay. Leo at the breakfast buffet is helpful and friendly.

Summary: They have been in a remodeling stage for a month or two. Very little noise do to construction, so they have planned well. The rooms are nice, gym, pool, bar. Is a nice hotel, downside for me it has gotten expensive for me being there for work for the past month.

Summary: The front desk personnel were very nice and as helpful as they could be. But overall my stay was terrible. Room was unbearably hot when I arrived, (82 degrees); turned the heat off all together, and left for a couple hours, came back and was still 79 degrees. Figured out the window opened, so we slept with the window slid open all night just to be comfortable, but than had noise from the motors outside and other things to hear all night; there was some noise that seemed to be coming from the vent all night that kept us awake; refrigerator didn’t work; hair dryer didn’t work (and yes I pushed the reset button on the outlets); there was one coffee pouch, and it was decaf, so I had no coffee for the morning; one of the two phones did not work (I didn’t realize there was a second phone in the room until after I called the front desk on my cell phone). Front desk offered to move our room but it was very late when we got back to the room and my daughter was already in the shower). Probably will not stay here again. The whole hotel seems in need of huge overhaul. The front entrance(circular type entrance) has been out of order for a long time.
