Summary: I would stay here again. Its in the beginning stage of going through renovations. It definitely needs it as there were some issues that i noticed. Such as clogged sink and mildewed shower curtain. But overall i would give it an overall 7 for cleanliness. No bugs. And conveniently located near the highway. My family enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and the fitness area. I would stay again if needed. And the staff was friendly!

Summary: It was fair. The place is outdated and old, but it must have been a palace long ago. I think they are remodeling, which is much needed. The service was excellent.

Summary: What a let down. Very dirty and it looks like "under construction" is just a cover phrase for "we don't give a sh*t." No working ice machines, no refrigerator or microwave in the room,old food on the floor and in the chair provided in the room. The swimming pool is only heated on the weekends! Ugh! The entire property was unmowed and unmaintained completely. Shame on hotels.com for using this place at all! This hotel stay was one of the worst I've ever had. The pictures provided on hotels.com are not even the pics of the hotel! Its the pics of what the hotel will look like in 5 years. This'll be the last time I will use this service.

Summary: That itself was the weirdest part of my check in is I go in I got my keys I go up to the room turn the air conditioning on and I couldn't get the temperature to drop below 80° in that room I woke up in the middle of the night having a call down to the desk and tell them that my AC wasn't working and then they sent somebody up to change it or something and then it started to cool off but then come morning time when I went to go get in the shower the there's only one spot on that whole entire knob that would actually work and it was scolding hot call down to the desk and then you know what the desk told me but we can move your rooms you offered to move me rooms at 7:00 in the morning a check out is at 11:00 what would be the purpose why not send a maintenance man up there to fix the water and then when I asked about that the lady kind of got smart with me I wouldn't recommend it

Summary: No hot water at all. The toilet kept running. Sofa and chair in room were very worn. Fabric was patchy. They are remodeling however. Coffee was awful. No coffee flavor just like having hot water.
