Summary: Bed and pillows are horrible. Should be better quality for price of hotel room.

Summary: The room was fine, older, needed a better AC unit. Bathroom floor in the shower was insanely slick. Staff was not super friendly.

Summary: Need to rotate bed mattresses. Pen and pad to write stuff down would be nice. Wall noice(can hear people up or side)..thin?? Traffic noice was getting old when rrying to sleep. Nice views, great location, nice shallow pool. I requested a lake view since we where from Colorado when booked (3months prior) NOPE..and did not get.

Summary: Excellent location in the heart of the entertainment district. Clean, well-priced, and great value for the money. The only negative was that our room didn't have drapes, just sheers covering the windows! More than a little strange at night.

Summary: Hotel is in poor condition. The room looked like it was given the landlord special. The floors were dirty, shower was missing chunks of it and they filled it with some sort of putty. There was fruit flies in the room. We had a lakeview but couldn’t even take pictures because the window was so dirty. This place definitely over chargers purely because of the location and not the quality of hotel.

Summary: Just a one night mother daughter trip. Everything about the hotel was excellent except when we arrived after 3pm we had to wait as our room was not ready. We didn't have to wait long, and aside from the weather was the only issue

Summary: We had a fabulous time at the hotel. The staff was kind and courteous. Great location with plenty of things to do. The Poolside service was amazing!!

Summary: We had 4 nights here. Location was great, being downtown by water. Our room was lovely and spacious. Toilet was blocked on second day, but was fixed asap. Having a pool was brilliant especially in the hot weather
