Positive: Beautiful accommodations, we were upgraded to waterfront which was a real bonus. Great walkability to many bars and restaurants. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Helpful staff.
Negative: Downtown Toronto hotel prices are so inflated then there is the fee for parking. Their underground parking is really the only option for convenience.

Positive: Nice, clean, modern, and everything in working condition. Coffee from the coffee pods were also good.
Negative: I heard this clicking sound (similar to the sound of the room temperature controller when it is turning on the AC/heater) from 8-930am and it was hard to go back to sleep. I slept on the bed by the window side and heard the sound coming from there. It was clicking about every 2 minutes or so. Wasn’t sure what it was but was able to hear it with the sound machine on and ear phones in my ears. Our room was on the third floor so not sure if this was triggered by other things being turned on from the other rooms above or below. Luckily, the sound went away but not sure if it will happen again for future guests.

Positive: This hotel was in a great location for the places we wanted to visit during our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast at this hotel is good but was not included in the price of our stay. We had a side view to the water from our room.
Negative: Due to the location by bars and restaurants, it can be noisy on a Friday night when everyone is out enjoying themselves. Due to this I wouldn't book on a Friday or Saturday night if you are wanting to sleep before midnight.
