Summary: Clean and spacious team. Great hospitality and professional staff especially house keeping manager, Aditya, and his staff. The room was always clean and amenities present. The restaurant staff ensured that everyone were comfortable and always asked if I wanted something else to eat. Many thanks to the doormen who were always welcoming. Property very clean.

Summary: Booked room for 4 occupants but bath towels were only 2. Hand towels were completely missing during the stay. Shampoo was missing in the bathroom. 2 out of 3 lifts were not working. Check in process was cumbersome and long. We had booked 2 rooms but hotel’s systems were showing only 1 room. We had resolved that confusion over the phone before check in, but during check-in, staff had some confusion. Swimming pool area on rooftop was unorganized, dirty, and full of pigeons in the pool water.

Summary: Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.
