Summary: Upon arrival we had a warm and enthusiastic greeting, we felt very welcome. Staff was professional and gave us good tips on what to experience in the city. Room was excellent, flawless cleaning and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was the peak experience, with a generous offering of pretty much everything you could imagine, fresh food and fruits. The best coffe! Also a plus with the nice hotel view and top location in the city center, close to everything and the water. Gym, sauna and restaurant also available inhouse. Great stay overall from experienced businesstravellers.

Summary: The first night we were allocated a double room when we had requested a twin room. The bathroom shower cubicle only had one out of two doors which meant the room flooded when a shower was taken. The bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous occupant. (On request we were moved to a better room the next morning ) The hotel offer free tea and coffee in the foyer but this was only available one day out of our three day stay. The foyer tables were not cleared or cleaned. Not a 4 star hotel
