Positive: The room was spotless food the first night was good pasta very watery and bland the second night. Breakfast amazing and staff at breakfast excellent

Negative: The room in my opinion was not suitable for a family . I requested an extra bed which i was told it was available but it wasn't in the room also for a room with kids not nice to have an oil radiator plugged in to keep the room warm. The noise at night was terrible from I presume the bar with music and what sounded like tables moving around aswell . Kids couldn't get to sleep. In the pool the seated area (in the pool )and in the kids small area the bubble machines were not working also the tiles around the seated area in the pool awful dirty . The metal railing around part of the pool was dirty and rusty . My husband was in the bar for the 2 hours we were in the pool he came down to help with changing/showering the kids we then all headed back up to the bar for dinner and his pint glass was still in the same place he left it on the bar and was still there for another hour or more when we had dinner . There needs to be more bar staff/ cleaning staff. Breakfast was our favourite part all staff lovely food lovely well done there.
