Positive: The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was nice in the morning. Breakfast variety: there was something for every taste.

Negative: I dealt with two receptionists and both were average at most, completely at odds with the premium image the hotel wants to project. The vastness of the hotel is its biggest letdown - complicated orientation in the garage, lobby, elevator system and wellness area. Generous breakfast with huge variety, but the amount of guests, personnel and screaming kids prevents you from enjoying a nice morning meal. The wellness closes at 8pm(!). You need to pay extra for parking.

Summary: Huge hotel in Andermatt with all its positives and drawbacks. The receptionists need some training.

Negative: The walking direction to the property should be given as google maps and maps give you a long direction 20 min when there is a shortcut

Positive: We were welcomed by Mario who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Mine you, all the staff were. We had an amazing experience. Our room had a lovely view and a comfortable bed. For breakfast, they had a variety of everything and it tasted nice. God bless the staff at the restaurant for their patience and kindness.
