Summary: Booked a suite advertised as sleeping 5 but just had a double bed. Got to pool and there was ‘no service’ there - nothing available. Eventually a broken coffee machine was fixed and we got a coffee. Breakfast in the morning was in darkness as issues with the lights.. airport transfers quoted as more than double the price of taxis and ‘may be shared’. Manager was lovely and engaging but this was a tatty tired place with a very dismissive attitude. We booked for a premium last day to a safari holiday and just got frustration.
