Positive: Everything except the staff that was to assist with luggage.
Negative: I had three heavy bags due to the fact that I travel a lot and was left to my own devices to enter the hotel with my bags and up to my room. Commented to front desk staff and they seemed not to care.

Positive: All of the staff were courteous and polite and very helpful. They were very responsive when I had an issue and called them.
Negative: I didn't like that breakfast was an upcharge.
