Summary: I wouldn't rush back to stay here. There were too many issues with staff and service. Simple customer service issues that just showed lack of care. The pool is small and the sauna wasn't working. They don't replace water when you've drunk it in the room. Air conditioning dehydrates and water is helpful. The breakfast was nice - good choice of food, and although I'd prepaid, they told me I hadn't. Another mistake by the hotel. All in all, it is a functional hotel, but so is the travellodge. I had expected better for the cost.

Summary: The room we stayed in offer a good city view, the receptionist were helpful and the train line which connects you to the city is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. I would be back here again!
