Positive: Love the hotel style. Very welcoming staff. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive. Got an issue with the food quality. The meals quality standard was not always on point. However, the hotel remedy most issues and make sure that we have a enjoyable stay. Overall it was a good experience and I will recommend it.

Negative: This is the worst Ridison Blu I have ever stayed in. The window of the room cannot be opened, there is some odor, and what is even worse is that the service staff knocked on the door after 12 o'clock in the evening to ask if I smoked in the room during the day. No matter what the situation is, how can the hotel staff disturb guests so late? Moreover, when we extended the room for half day because of midnight airflight, they said that we were upgraded the room, but the room was exactly the same as the previous room. In the end, they asked me to pay more than 200 euros for the room, while the price I booked on booking was only 130 euros. Because I had to go to the airport, I had to do it. I will never choose this hotel again.

Positive: Excellent hotel, large room very comfortable and clean, friendly staff at the reception. The transfer to and from the airport went well. Breakfast was excellent. The food in the roof top restaurant was amazing, I got the fish soup, it was heaven. They have some really nice wine. It was really nice to see the football games at the field in front.
