Positive: Location and staffs are always welcoming.
Negative: Food has always been a problem at Radisson. The multi cuisine restaurant was shut with only Gaon and Indian options at restaurants. Maintenance activity was on during peak evening time. Paint spray on lift not only made the entire smelly and polluted but un-breathable also.

Positive: This hotel was perfect! From the staff super friendly, the food in the hotel was great! Was kindly upgraded on 2 different visits during my time! The hotel was spotless! Location was good not to far from Kushinagar

Positive: Rooms were spacious and clean.
Negative: One elevator stopped working and it took more than 2 days for the hotel to fix it. It was a scare for the people in the elevator when it suddenly jerked and went down. Maintenance of the facilities therefore needs to be looked into.
