Summary: We had high hopes for this hotel. We were excited to be in downtown Fargo. That's it's only advantage. The room was a 2 queen bed room. It was small. The beds were double at best. Not a queen. The floor is laminate. No rugs. Felt cold. No microwave. Small beverage fridge. No pool. The parking is interesting. Then had to ride the elevator to first floor to get the trolley, back to the parking floor, up to the 13th floor room, then back to the first floor. Not a user friendly hotel. Definitely not comfortable for families. I see this hotel's customer as a single business person with one or two bags. Not much time spent in the room. Basic and functional but not comfortable. We travel all the time... Would not recommend.

Summary: My sister and I met here for a fun sister's weekend, this is a halfway meeting point for both of us! We love the location as we can walk to bars, restaurants and other activities. Although areas nearby aren't the best we felt safe and comfortable!

Summary: bathroom was not cleaned well (twice) & they had no place for recycling. the small refrigerator was buzzing so loudly that I had to unplug it. otherwise, its in a great location & was quiet.

Summary: The front desk and airport shuttle staff were exceptional. Very friendly and professional. My room was fine, nothing special. It was a sad gray and white with no carpet or rug. In place of a closet, there was a cabinet for hanging clothes. It was way too short and my dresses got wrinkled from balling up on the floor. The make mirror was broken in the bathroom. The worst was that the floor (vinyl fake wood) was dirty—hair balls, crumbs, etc. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was great.

Summary: Was in town to see a show at the Fargo Theater and this was a great base. Parking in the nearby ramp is inexpensive (and free all weekend after 5:00 PM on Friday). Did not eat at the hotel restaurant because there were so many good places within walking distance. Will stay again.
