Summary: The room was very clean with a nice view and comfy bed. Love the products offered in the shower. Staff was super friendly at check in and security held door and elevator for me since I had a large luggage cart.

Summary: Room was very warm. Staff was great with the exception of the security guard (maybe not security). We were quietly sitting on the third floor and were rudely told to “wrap it up” because that place was only for events. He was just rude about it. Could have been handled much better.
