Summary: The overall impression of the hotel was great. The lobby in particular was wonderful. The breakfast was not particularly good, especially considering the price. The only negative thing was: on the day of departure we asked the staff to order a taxi in advance. The answer was that it will be ordered when you check out. The staff did order a taxi but it never showed up. So we took an Uber because the taxi was already over 15 minutes late. This mess resulted in some additional costs.

Summary: Amazing hotel, very good value for money, perfect location and lots to do. Lots of restaurant options in the hotel and the bar was lovely. Room was clean and spacious. Swimming pool and spa in the hotel as well. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: There is no concierge at this property which is a shame as this is the capital city of Romania. There are many tourists staying there but without the service of a concierge.

Summary: Disappointing stay overall. For a high-star hotel (and at this price), I expected better service and upkeep. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, used dishes were left overnight and fresh towels weren’t provided and things felt generally disorganised. Accessing the pool was an ordeal; you can’t enter without a swim cap, which wasn’t clearly communicated. Staff interactions were curt, and we often felt like an inconvenience when asking simple questions. There are plenty of similarly priced properties in the city that offer a smoother experience, based on this visit, I’d look elsewhere. For a Radisson Blu, I expected more.

Summary: I stayed in an Executive Room at Radisson Blu Bucharest. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Executive Lounge was perfect — a great place to relax with good service. Breakfast in the lounge is different from the usual buffet served in the restaurant — you have a private chef with a small but very well-chosen menu. The hotel has many dining options and is well located in downtown Bucharest, within walking distance to many places.
