Summary: Grand entrance with lovely staff, but average rooms that show the age of the hotel. The room could’ve been cleaner, mould in the shower, gaps between the floor tiles and splash marks on the bedside table did not add to the experience. The car park is tiny and could not accommodate me as they were fully booked, messaging the hotel at the time of booking had very little effect as there was no space left when I arrived, lovely staff recommended a nearby car park which amounted to roughly double the price (900 HUF/hour). I will probably look for other higher brands when coming back ti Budapest.

Summary: Warm, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful furnishings and condition throughout. Sauna and gym area was great, bedroom, bathroom very well laid out with coffee machine. The only issue I had was 3 out of the 4 nights the AC was broken and did not end up working. Which resulted in a room that was too hot to sleep or relax in.

Summary: Business trip but the room table is not suitable for it, maybe for vacation, we booked total 3 rooms with other colleagues, 1 room has broken shower head, 1 AC isn’t working, 1 got a smaller room etc. overall not really satisfied with such conditions. Also parking one front desk allows for none payment for the 2nd car which parks less than 6 hours, but the next day we got asked for the payment…
