Positive: I liked the breakfast at the restaurant, but not much vareity. I alsonlike thatnit ends late. The rooms were a decent size. The location is very central. Everything within reach, good wifi and transportation. Their technicians are very helpful and went out of their way to assist me with my suitcase which was stuck and wouldn't open with my combination. Staff were helpful when you had a query.

Negative: The cleaners dont clean very well at all. I had to call them to clean the floors again, and one of the morning my shower wasn't cleaned. The bath drain doesn't open well. The fridge didn't work, even after I reported it not working, nothing was done. They only provide 1 sparkling and 1 still bottled water the first night. They suggested i use water from the tap in the bathroom. I spent 6 nights in the hotel but the hotel wasn't very flexible with late check out, you had to pay 20.chf per hour thereafter.
