Summary: This was our first trip to Aruba. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out was smooth and parking was very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious. Out pool view included a distant view of the ocean. The "kitchen" was just a microwave, large fridge and freezer and sink. We had to ask for plates and cutlery (which was provided but were disposable products). The pools were lovely and never crowded. We did not eat at the property since it was so convenient to walk to all the beach bars and restaurants. The only draw back was the beach space. The beach chairs provided were too few and always crowded. Since we were more interested in exploring the island and sitting on the more remote beaches this didn't affect us.

Summary: While the room was very clean, the bedroom had an audible whistle in it. The whistle seemed to be coming from the window and was the result of the constant breeze on the island. We were told it appeared to be the outside seal and there was nothing they could do. Their remedy was to unlock the other bedroom (nearest to the common hallway with no view) which had a very strong musty, mildewy smell. It also was two twin beds instead of a king bed. Service. The 'restaurant' was average at best. The service was S-L-O-W. There was no poolside service for drinks or food.

Summary: Staff were exceptional(especially Pete and Santos). Just those two alone make us can wait until we come back next Dec. hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and well designed, pools were clean, plenty of lunge chairs, umbrellas and pergola shade coverings. Will miss our daily conversations and hi-fives with Santos and shuttle conversations & elevator rides with Peter! High recommend Radisson Blu

Summary: The Raddison Blu was wonderful. It was in the perfect location by the main strip and the beach. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I had a great time in this hotel. The staff are the best, all of them very friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist Joffre, who helped me a lot. He knows the best places to eat! The pools are fantastic and the hotel is just a shot walk from Palm Beach, which is amazing. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. My stay at Radisson Blu was memorable. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to come back soon.
