Positive: Management was nice and very helpful.

Negative: The room was dark furniture falling apart a leak in the ceiling never looked at carpet needed replacing. The staff were much nicer than the rooms. Whoever owns it needs to update it.

Summary: They were cooperative over my staying longer than planned and worked very well with me on timeframe.

Positive: The staff was great during our stay and exceeded our expectations when it came to privacy. Even the housekeepers were very thoughtful and sweet, when it came to privacy. The new mattresses were a good starting point for the beginning updates around the place.

Negative: I don't think I really have any complaints.

Positive: Location was helpful, but otherwise not beyond a basic motel 6 type stay and room.

Negative: Having accurate booking info, breakfast was NOT included though stated as such. Also additional pet fees charged when I arrived at hotel and weren't mentioned either.
