Positive: Wonderful stay. Stunning views. I only live 10 miles away but needed a short break. Excellent choice. So quiet. Comfortable , warm and clean. Will be booking again .

Positive: The rabbits view was brilliant plenty of space for us a great location and the view was amazing. The hot tub was really nice it was clean and already warm when we got there. The place was very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: Maybe a few more tea bags and sugar but that’s just a suggestion, as we took are own anyway. More lights by the hot tub as we struggled getting in and out and to lock it up in the dark

Summary: It’s was a fab time and all guest left feeling relaxed and happy

Positive: I just loved the layout and the overall design of the property. The bath in the bedroom as well as a shower was a beautiful touch!

Negative: 1. The hot tub lid was very broken. 2. There was no mop. Shocked, as it’s December and it’s very muddy. 3. The towels looked like they had been around for decades. 4. There was very little kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cups etc. 5. The main bedroom was very damp. 6. There were cobwebs everywhere. 7. Every single cup was still dirty. 8. There was dust everywhere. 9. The small shower head was broken and was spewing out water everywhere! After all these issues and the amount you pay for it; they still expect you to strip the beds and take all your bins to the entrance! (We did) We stayed in woodland View in Summer and it was a completely different experience! It was what made us love Wales! It was half the price, was clean, the towels were next to new and it even had a dishwasher! Rabbits view is meant to be for more people than woodland view!

Summary: Very disappointing for a second vist to the complex.
