Positive: The owner was available to answer questions, and she let us check in one hour before upon request. She shared tips about Rabat, some events going on that weekend, and sightseeing in Malta. We were at the property during the summer so the nearby school was still closed for the summer vacations. The property was quite and easy to find. Walking distance to Rabat's center and we managed to park in the streets nearby.

Negative: smell in the building lobby

Positive: size of the apartament, cleanness, kitchen facilities. sun-umbrella, macaroni, porridge, coffee left from previous tenants )

Negative: very hard to find a parking place. One should know that one of the apartments walls borders directly to a School and windows of all bedrooms are looking at school stadium and the lessons start at 7.00 AM !!! )) Closing the windows fixes the noise problem though. Unfortunately this stadium is only for pupils and there's no place to play ball with childern in the entire Rabat/Mdina. Playground in Rabat itself is also closed for some reason so we had to visit the one near Mdina.
